Job Description

Charge Ghar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and convincing Field Marketing and Sales Executive to represent the company in the market. The role involves visiting cafes, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and other public places to install shared power bank stations, promote company products, and support business growth through sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential locations such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and public areas
Install shared power bank stations and promote Charge Ghar’s services
Sell company products and explain product benefits clearly to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner businesses
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Support business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
Track data, leads, and follow-ups using the company app
Report daily activities and progress to the team

Job Specification

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong convincing, negotiation, and communication skills
High level of confidence and professional presence
Good presence of mind to handle unexpected questions from clients
Ability to explain products in a clear and logical manner
Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and client meetings
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience

Sales or marketing experience is an advantage
Experience in field sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory

Work Structure

First 2–3 months: Mainly field-based work
After 2–3 months: Approximately 50% field work and 50% office work

Additional Requirements

Valid driving license is mandatory
Two-wheeler is a plus point
