Job Description
- Should have Bachelors Degree in RD, PM and or equivalent (Masters in PM will be prefered).
- Atleast 2 years of experience in similar position and 4 years of experience in WASH, Shelter and EFSV is required.
- Should have knowledge of HR management, Financial Controlling Administration (work experience in Project Operations prefered).
- Should be fluent in English, Nepali and Tamang languages.
- Should be able to operate computer application (especially Excel Knowledge)
Job Specification
Position Purpose:
- Co-ordinate, compile and maintain an up-to-date compedium of organization and its project policies and governance documents (i.e.,articles of incorporation, by project norms and rules, procedural working rules,etc).
- Ensure the new methodology and timely coordination with district stakeholders and community stakeholders for smooth operations of project and outcomes, Cooperate with and assist all related WASH- PHE Team, Shelter Team, and EFSVL Team Develop and update weekly plan, monthly plan and quarterly plan and annually plan and prepare technical and financial reports and project progress reports.
