Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners and applications
- Maintenance of network infrastructure and architecture and data security.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Coordinating to the staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Prepare Weekly reports to figure out open issue based on agreed SLA’s and submit the same to the IT Manager
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
Job Specification
- Should be graduate preferred in IT with certification like CCNA, MCSE with Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in system admin/support.
- Should have Technical skills, Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Patience, A logical mind, Capable of working well under pressure, Enthusiasm to be continually learning
