Job Description
1. Solution Development and Delivery
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
- Bridge the link between IT Staffs and IT Consultant/Solution
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining the outsourced employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
2. Project Management and System Audit:-
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
3. Budgeting and Controlling:-
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- To ensure that the IT implementation expenses is within the budget
4. Quality Service Management :-
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- To develop Customer Relation Management software that would best fits for the organization standards
5. Internal Operations
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Develop internal teams/task forces.
- Reviews work of development team.
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Maintaining the good relations with the IT Solutions provider.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop strategy for internal operations through help desk management
6. Other Jobs:
- To develop new and innovative systems as per the vision of top management that would integrate with the organization standards.
- To report to the top management on the development of the systems on regular basis
