Job Description
- Works closely with the District Development Committee (DDC), Women and Children Development Office (WDO), Village Development Committee (VDC) and other stakeholders in the district to carry out the WOREC’s project activities and campaigns.
- Provides technical assistance to Program Officers routinely to implement joint district work plan.
- Provides day-to-day supervision of, and works collaboratively with, the district- level Program Focal Person.
- Prepares periodic District Program Reports and submits to concerned Sr./ Program Coordinator of Head Office.
- Manage day to day administration of district office, including setting up office systems while working closely with the Head office, day to day administration
- Management/overseeing Revolving fund awarded to different groups and community under livelihood projects.
- Monitoring of district based local partners if any as well as monitors the overall operational and technical quality and completion of program deliverables.
- Monitor and support to social mobilizes / program officers for effective implementation of women right based intervention at the community level.
- Oversee and coordinate district-based key stakeholder meetings to ensure effective integration of program activities into target districts and close collaboration with community counterparts.
- Responsible for the accuracy of district program timelines, tasks, milestones, resource requirements, costs, risks and execution.
Job Specification
- Provide support to admin and HR personnel and ensure for managing information system, maintaining personal files, hiring appropriate staff and consultants and providing orientation/ induction to them
- Monitor and review program budget and expenditures, financial forecasts, working with partners to ensure compliance with corporate and client regulations.
- Master Degree in Social science with 2 year of experience in human rights and women's rights sector or graduate degree in social science with 4 years in similar experiences.
