Job Description
- Collect, organize, and disseminate information related to the company’s services, activities, and programs.
- Respond to inquiries from the public, clients, and partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and updated information flow.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the company’s website and other communication platforms.
- Develop and maintain information systems for efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Help organize and promote company events, meetings, and public relations activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Job Specification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Good understanding of information management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
