Responsible for promoting and selling a range of cosmetic and beauty products to customers, achieving sales targets by building strong relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service through in-store demonstrations, consultations, and personalized recommendations, while staying updated on industry trends and new product launches.
- Sales Generation: Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and effectively present beauty products to generate sales, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Gain comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits, application techniques, and ingredients to confidently advise customers on the best options.
- Customer Service: Provide personalized consultations, addressing customer concerns, and building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- In-Store Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and usage of beauty products to engage customers and drive sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked to enhance customer experience.
