- Generating leads, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, closing sales, and achieving sales targets by meeting or exceeding set quotas, all while maintaining a strong customer focus and market awareness.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas set by the company.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
- Participating in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate new leads.
- Working with other sales team members to achieve collective goals
- Participating in ongoing sales training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
