We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated Trainee Call Center Sales Executives to join our Website/SEO Campaign team for the UK/USA market. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential UK/USA business clients to introduce our services in website development, digital marketing, and online presence solutions.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and how they can help clients grow their businesses.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential leads.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions with a strong value proposition.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
Job Specification
Fluency in English (Mandatory) – Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with international clients over the phone.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills to engage potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of website development, SEO, and digital marketing (training will be provided).
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work in UK/USA shifts (Night Shift).
