Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Team Leader to support our Website/SEO Campaigns for UK/USA markets. You will assist in managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met, and fostering an environment of collaboration and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assistance to sales team members in closing deals, ensuring they achieve optimal success with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement plans for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
- Assist the Team Leader in managing daily operations and team activities for Website/SEO campaigns.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, offering training and support.
- Ensure compliance with campaign processes and protocols.
- Help plan and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the UK/USA markets.
- Act as the point of contact for resolving client escalations and concerns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track campaign success.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize workflows and team productivity.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-4 years of experience in Website/SEO sales campaigns or a similar role.
- Experience in team coordination or leadership roles is a plus.
