Job Description
- Assisting in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of WordPress websites.
- Work closely with our senior developers, designers, and content creators to ensure websites are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Create and maintain documentation for development processes, code changes, and website functionalities.
- Implement website updates, including content, design, and functionality changes.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
- Assist in the implementation of SEO best practices on WordPress sites.
- Provide support in testing and quality assurance to ensure websites function as expected.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with WordPress best practices, including security, performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
