Job Description
  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to UK business owners, engaging them in conversations about their business websites and online marketing strategies.
  • Be able to close sales and handle transfers from junior team members.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities by understanding client needs and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently. Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, website design, and online sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Job Specification
  • Only Apply if you have minimum of 1.5 year of experience in telesales, preferably in Website campaign, digital marketing or IT industry.
  • Fluent English Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English is essential. The candidate should be capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in spoken English, to effectively convey our services and close sales.
  • Contacting UK business owners via phone to introduce our services and set follow ups.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt sales strategies and approaches based on market trends, client feedback, and business requirements,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competitive salary with attractive commission structure.
  • Flexibility to work in UK timing .

Working Days: 5 days/week (Monday - Friday).

Working Hours : Mon-Fri (NST) 01.30 PM (Afternoon)- 09:30 PM (Night)
