Job Description
  • Review and verify all operation related payment documents and get approval from concern authority.
  • Prepare all payments, receipt and transfer vouchers within 3 working days of receipt in finance department
  • Ensure all payment of bills and invoices with appropriate authorization and accounting codes.
  • Ensure all payments are made after approval from appropriate authority
  • PrepareĀ  transaction worksheet with relevant code and splits the budget to different cost centres
  • Manage daily expenditure and petty cash system.
  • Arrange bank transfers and collection of petty cash.
  • Ensure that all payments are correctly coded and there are sufficient funds in the bank to sustain payment
Job Specification
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field with at least one year of experience in similar capacity.
  • Proven experiences working in diverse, multicultural team.
  • Fluent in English and Nepali language (written and speaking).
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Excel, Power Point).
  • Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent, focused and efficient, customer care and service.
  • Able to manage time and tight schedules, working effectively under pressure
  • Clear varied and sensitive communication skills, both oral and written with confidence in communicating with a wide range of audiences.
