Job Description
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales of assigned area
- Responsible for market coverage, Distribution and product visibility of assigned area
- Planning and achievement of volume and fundamentals in the assigned area
- Planning and execution of the new product launches in the assigned area
- Works with all top stores and leads the joint business planning with these stores
- Planning and achievement of (e. g. OHD extension, coverage extension plans, RPS drives)
- To make weekly secondary report (Distributor to Retailers)
- Leads business team reviews in the meeting in all stock point
- To negotiate with the dealers and stores for the Bank guarantee
- Ensure proper collection of Account Receivables for assigned area
- Proper reporting on weekly basis on all aspects of business
- Submission of proper report and records on weekly basis
- Reporting to: Business Head and ASM
Job Specification
- Gender: Male
- Qualification: Preferably Bachelor degree holder
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years experience in related field (Priority will be given to those candidates with relevant sales experience in Corn flakes)
- Salary: Negotiable

- Two wheeler with driving license
