Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the database for all export shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.

Shipment Follow-Up:

  • Track all shipments actively, identifying any exceptions or delays. Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments. 

Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with the international customer service team to resolve any shipment exceptions or issues that arise.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present shipment delivery reports to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern or notable exceptions.

Pre-Alert Notifications:

  • Send pre-alert emails for all export shipments to ensure all responsible parties are informed and prepared for incoming shipments.

Others:

  • Additional job description will be added per requirement after hiring.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Freshers can apply but need to have intermediate knowledge of office package & other software operations.
  • Previous experience in International Shipping, or logistics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Nepali/Others).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and databases for office tasks.
