Position: Baby Sitter

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Baby Sitter to provide high-quality care for infants and young children. The Baby Sitter will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children under their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
• Assist with personal hygiene and diaper changes.
• Ensure the children follow a consistent daily routine.
• Monitor children's health and report any concerns to parents.
• Light housekeeping related to child care (e.g., cleaning up after meals, organizing toys).
• Communicate regularly with parents about the children's activities and progress.

Job Specification

• Minimum educational qualification: School Leaving Certificate (SLC) or +2 (Higher Secondary Education).
• Previous experience in child care or babysitting is preferred.
• Patience and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
• Ability to engage children in creative and educational activities.
• Trustworthy and responsible.
• Warm, caring, and attentive to children's needs.

Working Conditions:

• The position requires a 24-hour work schedule with appropriate breaks.
• Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company.
