- Maintain petty cash as per account guideline
- Input purchase entries in Tally and DMS on the basis of Proforma invoice and packing list
- Check the payment status of the dealers
- Assist in the dispatch of the available parts quickly
- Prepare and maintain stock report
- Prepare daily sales reports
