Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Officers to join our growing Faber appliance team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the sales growth of our premium kitchen and home appliance products.
This is a field-based role, suitable for individuals who are passionate about appliances, customer interaction, and sales strategy. Positions are open in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Narayanghat.
- Promote and sell Faber kitchen and home appliance products to retail customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, showrooms, and potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits.
- Provide support during product installation or post-sales queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales service
- Gather market feedback, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Any discipline).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in kitchen or home appliance sectors.
- License: Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Vehicle: Own bike or scooter is required.
- Location: Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Kathmandu, Pokhara, or Narayanghat
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Basic knowledge of home/kitchen appliances
- Confidence in product presentation and closing sales
- Time management and self-discipline
- Familiarity with local retail markets and dealer networks
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, Reporting)
