Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • - Collaborate with the content team to develop creative posts, visuals, and engaging copy that resonate with target audiences.
  • - Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and timely responses.
  • - Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • - Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and managing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, paid campaigns, analytics, and content strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring timely responses and brand consistency.

Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner

Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging posts, visuals, and copy.
  • Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and stories, to attract and retain audiences.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals.

Advertising & Paid Campaigns

  • Develop and manage paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, focusing on ROI and key KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and reach.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite.
  • Provide reports and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Track KPIs and suggest improvements for better engagement and lead generation.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Running in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on social media management and paid campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of PPC, display ads, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
