Job Description
HR & Admin:
- Prepare the company's policies.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage employee records, performance appraisals, and compensation.
- Assist in creating a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends and customer needs.
- Support in the development of business proposals and strategies.
- Assist in lead generation, sales follow-up, and securing new partnerships.
- Lead the marketing team to promote the company’s services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for business development meetings.
Job Specification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, business development, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
