Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Operation Head at our Trade Tower company. This role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth inter-departmental coordination, resolving issues, and driving the successful recovery of rental payments. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in operations management, and excellent communication and public relations abilities. The major responsibilities includes:
- Ensure timely rental recovery and follow-up.
- Coordinate effectively with all internal departments to streamline operations.
- Address and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Company.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients.
- Ensure smooth on-call reporting availability when required.
Job Specification
- Minimum of +2 (higher education preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in a relevant operational role.
- Experience in the army, administrative roles, or the police force is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to build and maintain good public relations.
- Must possess a personal vehicle.
- Age - 28-50 years.
