Job Description
- Keep files and records organized, both physically and digitally, ensuring proper filing systems are in place.
- Draft and proofread letters, memos, and emails for internal and external communications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Greet clients, guests, and employees with a professional attitude.
- Address any inquiries or issues that arise in the office.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring office operations comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Job Specification
- Minimum Plus Two (12th grade) completion. Some positions may prefer a diploma or additional certifications in office management or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to learn new systems.
- Accurate and careful while handling administrative tasks.
