Job Description
- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of hotel facilities (guest rooms, public areas, HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, and electrical).
- Guest Room Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms are in excellent condition by troubleshooting and repairing appliances, furniture, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Basic IT Support: Provide basic IT assistance with hotel systems, including computer troubleshooting, printer setups, network connectivity, and assistance with guest-facing technology (e.g., Wi-Fi, TV systems).
Job Specification
- Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with computer systems, networking, and basic troubleshooting of IT-related issues, such as guest Wi-Fi and in-room technology.
- Maintenance Skills: Ability to carry out general maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC systems, and basic construction tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for both maintenance and IT-related issues in a hotel environment.
