Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts: Oversee daily financial transactions, including guest invoices and vendor payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements specific to hotel operations, such as room revenue and expense reports.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking departmental budgets and financial performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to hotel accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Invoice Processing: Handle billing for guest charges, supplier invoices, and expense reimbursements.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, including guest transactions and departmental expenses.
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in an accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
