Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Officer to expand our client base in the pre-fabricated construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients through cold calling, references, and networking across industries such as corporate, hydropower projects, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, references, and professional networking.
- Promote pre-fabricated construction solutions to corporate clients, hydro projects, and the hospitality sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and industry trends.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve sales and marketing targets as set by the company.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 of experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or prefabrication industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
- Knowledge of pre-fabricated construction is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and strategic mindset.
