Times Mansiri Pvt.Ltd, the subsidiary venture of Times Business Pvt.Ltd. is looking for the highly qualified ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES & SERVICE(POWER DIVISION) at Kathmandu with below mentioned qualification and experience to cater the below mentioned job description.

Position: Assistant Manager- Sales & Services Power Division

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow business in the power division.
Manage customer relationships, providing tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional service.
Oversee service operations, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and prepare sales and service performance reports.

Job Specification

B.E in electrical or Mechanical at least 2 years experience in sales & service management or internship in the diesel genset industry
Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets and their applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Good understanding of market trends and competition
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
