Position: Product Incharge
- Effective coverage of the market
- Willingfulness to travel, visit and explore the potential market
- Explore the prospects
- Initiate the market activities for brand building and lead generation
- Guide, Train, monitor the sales teamsaligning the organizational objective
- Competent to present the monthly planning, execute the activity and review
- Analyze product performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ownership mindset for Profitability
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or running in the field of Sales, Marketing or other relevant subject.
- Minimum 2 years of Proven Experience in the field of sales and marketing or in a similar role in automotive business
- Passionate in being in the market and enhance the relationship with prospect customers.
- Ability to generate enquiries, conduct needs assessment and conversion of sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal and technical selling skills.
- Should have Strong attitude of learnings and can give attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
