Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Hostess at Times Business-Motors Division Located in Kathmandu. The Showroom Hostess will be responsible for:
- Various day-to-day tasks, including handling front desk operations.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Effective communication with customers.
- Keeping records of client visits, and direction to the correct department.
- Information record and communication to the respective teams.
Job Specification
- Excellent Personality.
- Candidates having Air Hostess experience would be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Experience in handling Showroom operation and providing customer service.
- Knowledge of Phone etiquette.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in relevant MS office Software and applications.
- Assistance to Business Head for Periodic report and review.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Minimun Bachelor in any stream.
- Earliest Joining is highly appreciated.
