Job Description
- Training Support: Assist the Head Coach in planning and executing futsal training sessions, focusing on skill development, tactics, and teamwork.
- Player Development: Work with players to enhance their technical abilities, tactical understanding, and overall performance.
- Game Preparation: Help organize and conduct practice matches, ensuring players are match-ready.
- Feedback: Provide players with constructive feedback to aid their improvement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Head Coach and academy staff to maintain a cohesive training program.
- Positive Environment: Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Job Specification
- Certification in futsal or football coaching (e.g., AFC ‘C’ License or equivalent).
- Previous coaching experience in futsal or related sports, preferably at the youth or grassroots level.
- Strong understanding of futsal techniques, tactics, and player development.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for working with young athletes and contributing to their growth.
- Familiarity with international futsal standards and competitive environments.
- Knowledge of mental conditioning, injury prevention, and player well-being.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to suit players of different skill levels.
