Job Description
- Training Support: Assist the Head Coach in executing training programs and match strategies.
- Player Development: Provide one-on-one guidance to players, focusing on improving their technical and tactical skills.
- Feedback: Offer constructive advice to players on performance and team dynamics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Coach and academy staff to ensure consistency in player training and development.
Job Specification
- ANFA “C” License or equivalent certifications.
- Experience in coaching youth or grassroot football.
- Passion for learning and mentoring athletes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with international Football standards and competitive environments.
- Knowledge of mental conditioning, player welfare, and injury prevention specific to athletes.
