Job Summary:

Think Move Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Support Associate to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for AWS, Zoom, Meta platforms, and other critical systems to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently.

Provide first-line technical support for AWS, Zoom, Meta platforms, and other IT systems used by the company.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including cloud services, video conferencing, and social media platform integrations.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of AWS cloud services.
Manage Zoom accounts, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure seamless video conferencing operations.
Provide support for Meta business tools, including Facebook Business Manager and related applications.
Support additional IT systems.
Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 + year of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Zoom administration, and Meta business tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple support tickets simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of networking and security best practices is a plus.
