Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Study Abroad Counselor to guide students through the entire process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of international education systems, visa requirements, and university application procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying abroad, including university and country selection based on their academic background and career goals.
- Assist students with the complete application process — from filling out forms to editing statements of purpose (SOPs), CVs, and recommendation letters.
- Guide students through the visa application process and ensure all required documents are complete and submitted on time.
- Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops for student engagement and lead generation.
- Stay updated with current trends and changes in international education.
Job Specification
- Minimum 6 months of experience in student counseling for multiple study destinations.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of computer & CRM systems.
