Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- The recruitment executive assists with hiring by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Schedule and confirm interviews, arrange travel for candidates, and prepare interview rooms.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, provide updates and assist with onboarding.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, post job ads, and prepare offer letters.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Job Specification
Requirement:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Recruitment or HR administration experience and familiarity with ATS and recruitment software are preferred.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
