Job Description
- The Call Executive also assists with hiring by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Schedule and confirm interviews, arrange travel for candidates, and prepare interview rooms.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, provide updates, and assist with onboarding.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Job Specification
- A High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
- Recruitment or HR administration experience and familiarity with ATS and recruitment software are preferred.
