Job Description
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the textile market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively in Nepali, Hindi, and English to negotiate and close deals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide solutions to client inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Travel to meet clients and promote textile products.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the textile industry.
- Strong communication skills in Nepali, Hindi, and English.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and results-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of textile products and market trends.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A two-wheeler license is compulsory for field visits.
