Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance/Admin Officer to join our hydropower project to Kathmandu office. The successful candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the project’s financial health and compliance with regulations.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the hydropower project.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial policies
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and project management.
Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and Excel.
Knowledge of project finance and budgeting principles.
Experience in working with international funding agencies or grant management.
Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
