Job Description

Job Summary:

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manpower company, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, client relations, and staff. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the activities related to recruitment, deployment, and compliance. The Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring the company's goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including recruitment, placement, and deployment of candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
  • Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruitment consultants and support staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for the team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the operations department.
  • Monitor financial performance and report on any variances.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources and implement measures to control costs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance, financial status, and client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role within the manpower or recruitment industry.
  • Experience in operations management, client relations, and staff supervision.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
