Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in client service management or a similar role. (minimum 4 years’ experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
