Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers and ensuring a positive experience with the company's products. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Staying updated with the company's product offerings, features, and updates.
- Continuously meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge about the product and company.
- Providing feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Job Specification
- Education Level: Higher Secondary (+2/Intermediate)
