Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Officer to handle visa applications, documentation, and client consultations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth visa processing while complying with embassy regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications for various countries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify client documents as per embassy requirements.
- Provide guidance to clients on visa requirements, processing times, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
- Track application statuses and update clients accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications and approvals.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and policy changes.
- Handle queries from clients and provide professional customer service.
- Assist with other administrative and travel-related tasks as required.
Job Specification
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Visa Processing, Immigration Services, or Customer Service is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, or a related field.
- Prior experience dealing with embassies, consulates, or visa application centers is preferred.

- Familiarity with visa application software and online portals.
- Ability to verify and review documents accurately.
