Job Description
As a Communication & Telemarketing Executive at Skyline Travel and Tours, you will be responsible for handling telephone-based advertising and customer engagement. Your primary role will be to promote flight bookings, and special deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote travel services and offers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide travel-related information.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain strong communication with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in advertising and promotional campaigns over the phone.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in the travel industry).
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Nepali and English.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Job Specification
1. Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience:
- At least 2 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in the travel industry).
- Knowledge of travel services, ticketing, or tour packages is an advantage.
