Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing team in implementing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves assisting in customer acquisition, managing marketing campaigns, and maintaining client relationships. The candidate will act as a bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, inquiries, and payments.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
Marketing Assistance:
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media content.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
Administrative Tasks:
- Support day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department.
- Handle scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate records of marketing metrics
Job Specification
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role is also an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
