Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, exceptional interpersonal and coaching abilities, and a strategic approach to optimizing sales processes and customer relationships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting ambitious sales targets, developing and executing effective sales strategies, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, and ensuring the achievement of both individual and team goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, identifying growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Target Setting & Performance Tracking: Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and ensure achievement. Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer experience and business objectives.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key sales metrics, addressing performance gaps and implementing corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing sales teams.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and KPIs to make informed decisions.
