Job Description
  • Support the ticketing team in processing ticket sales, including booking, changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing and reservations via phone, email, or in person.
  • Accurately enter and update customer and ticketing information into the reservation system.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to ticketing, such as travel itineraries, receipts, and reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating ticketing system interfaces to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
  • Assist in handling and resolving ticketing issues, including refunds and exchanges, in accordance with company policies.

 

Job Specification
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of reservation systems or willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
