Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with job postings and candidate screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.
- Help with background checks and reference verifications.
Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing and processing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and change forms.
Training and Development:
- Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
- Help create and update training materials and presentations.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.
Performance Management:
- Assist in tracking performance review cycles and deadlines.
- Help prepare performance evaluation forms and reports.
- Support HR in implementing performance improvement plans.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Help review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in conducting internal audits and assessments.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Assist with HR projects and special initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
