Position: Receptionist Intern

Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls in a professional manner.
Take and relay messages as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintain and update contact information and visitor logs.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide information and assistance to clients and employees.
Address and resolve any inquiries or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Support with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
