Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
    • Utilize digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and referrals.
    • Customize travel packages and offerings based on client preferences and travel needs.
  • Sales Performance:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to improve marketing strategies and sales performance.

Campaign Management and Reporting:
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance for management review.

Others Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results and ROI.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing campaigns, social media, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Identify potential clients' needs and customize travel packages to meet their preferences and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Participate in promotional events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events.

Job Specification
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
