Job Description
- Lead and manage audits for various clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors and audit associates, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
- Develop audit plans, perform risk assessments, and determine the scope of audits.
- Analyze complex financial data, financial reporting systems, and internal controls.
- Communicate audit results, findings, and recommendations to clients and upper management.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing processes, financial statements, and accounting principles.
- Ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-experts.
- A proactive, organized approach to managing time and resources.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification (mandatory in many regions).
- 4-5 years of relevant audit experience.
