Job Description
- Collaborate with hotel management team to identify staffing needs.
- Develop recruitment strategies and lead efforts to attract and hire top talent.
- Oversee & conduct the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Promote a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues effectively.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Follow & implement Corporate HR guidelines in terms of Monthly, Seasonally & yearly Employee Engagement activities in all unit of Bharatpur, Chumlingtar, Damauli and Bandipur.
- Monitor career development and succession planning within the region.
- Ensure all employee personnel file are created as per standard and policies.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations.
- Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements.
Job Specification
- Experience in relevant industry.
- Knowledge of Nepal Labour law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee relations issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willing and able to travel flexibly across branch locations in Chumlingtar, Bharatpur, Bandipur, and Damauli as needed.
