Job Description

Executive Support to CEO

  • Managing the calendar of appointments.
  • Supporting CEO in preparation of upcoming meetings/event.
  • Maintaining and updating reports.
  • Composing and preparing regular or confidential correspondence.
  • Arranging complex /detailed travel plans itineraries and agendas .
  • Compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

Communication, correspondence and credible follow-up

  • Communicating with BOD, staff, regulators, clients and others, on matters related to CEO's plans.
  • Following up and coordinating with CEO's schedule.
  • Researching and prioritizing on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO.
  • Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments & divisions.
  • Maintaining credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

Collaboration with line managers

  • Updating CEO about upcoming commitments and responsibilities, Assuring right environment and office logistics at CEO Office.
  • Collaborating through drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's office efficiency.
  • Ensuring reports collected and merged within stipulated deadline.

Support and Liaison

  • Maintaining a proper Liaison with Chairman’s Office, General Secretary’s Office and Other corporate units.
  • Coordinating with team members with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning during events .
  • Arranging and distributing of agendas, reports and other materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.

Senior Management Liaison with External Parties

  • Conducting minutes and discussion reports of meetings .
  • Assisting to design the agenda of senior management team meetings .
  • Coordinating and collaborating for outreach and external participations, press briefings, network meets.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects at once.
  • Attention to Details as well as time management
